Carry-in
Service The most affordable method of computer repair is
to bring the
computer to me. Typically the only part that I need is the actual pc
(the tower, or box). I don't need keyboards, monitors, mice, speakers,
or any other peripherals.
When you leave your computer with me, I will first examine
it and inform you of the results of my diagnosis by
phone. I
will give you a good idea of what the computer needs to be fixed and
about how much time and cost will be needed before proceeding.
My in-shop hourly rate is $25.00, with a 1 hour minimum. Beyond
that, I only bill for the time I'm actually working on your computer. I
do not bill for the time your computer may be working unattended, such
as during virus or spyware scans. Bring it by anytime, but please call first. |
In-Home
Service Sometimes there's just problems that can't be
brought to me.
Maybe you can't get your network printer to work? Maybe you want to
ensure the security of your wi-fi connection? Or maybe you just don't
have the time or patience to be lugging a computer to me. That's okay.
I offer in-home service as well. My in-home hourly rate is
$45.00
Ask me about remote computer repair! In some cases I can fix your computer without leaving my shop, by remote controlling it. Requires a working computer with a working broadband connection to the internet. Available after 5:00pm M-F and all day Saturday and Sunday. |
Pick-up
and drop-off service Don't want to bring the computer to me but need a cost effective alternative to in-home service? Let me do the running for you. I'll bring your computer back to my shop and you'll save time and money. $45.00 within 25 mile radius from Bayview $65.00 25-50 mile radius from Bayview This includes one trip to and from your residence or business, unhooking and rehooking-up one computer back in it's initial place. Additional $5 fee for each extra computer. This does not include diagnosis or repair fees. | Do
